Ice Skating at Ortler Ski Arena

Ice Skating - Recreation for the Whole Family

Ice-skating is an ideal winter sport for the entire family. Romantically remote natural ice-skating rinks, large rinks in the major towns and cities, little frozen lakes, and the much-loved Lago di Resia (Reschensee) Lake all ensure wide-ranging winter fun at Ortler Ski Arena.

Lago di Resio is a six-kilometre-long lake, which measures about one kilometre across at its widest point, located in Curon (Graun) in Upper Val Venosta. Lago di Resia freezes over completely every year and has superb wind conditions. It is an ideal spot for a day of skating with the whole family. In addition to classic ice-skating, the lake is a hotspot for trendy sports such as snow kiting and ice sailing.
