classic style or skate skiing. High alpine scenic routes in the
Gruppo di Tessa (Texelgruppe) Nature Park afford magnificent views over remote valleys and mountain peaks while simple leisure trails in the valley are an unadulterated experience of nature.
Slingia (Schlinig) Nordic Ski Centre at Watles Ski Area is a venue for international cross-country competitions and a meeting point for the
international cross-country scene. There are 15 km of trails for beginners and advanced students on offer here, from the small village of Slingia to the Schliniger Alm alpine pasture, where you can also drop by for a bite to eat in a cosy atmosphere.
